Regardless of any stated warranty ,Casemills Ltd takes pride in our products and will endeavor  to work with you in the unlikely event should any issue arise.

Casemills Ltd offers a 1 year Manufacturer’s warranty against Factory defects.

With proper care and normal usage Casemills Ltd products would exceed industry standard (8 to 10 years).

Function is taken in consideration when engineering is done for each project.

We use the highest commercial grade materials and mechanisms.

Each Project is shipped with a touch up kit.  Arrangements can be made if more is required.

Warranty does not cover damages that are associated with installation, transportation, alterations, accidents or customer misuse.

Minor wood movements on all wood components and some wear and tear are considered normal and acceptable.

Minor adjustments of doors and leveling of unit may be necessary after installation.

Wood,owning to it natural beauty will vary in colour and graining.

This warranty does not apply to COM.

All materials’ warranty is limited to that provided by its manufacturer.

Housekeeping is done with a clean damp rag.
